03. GENERAL

𖤓 Please read my Terms of Service and check my prices first before contacting me for a commission. Please have payment ready within 7 days of agreement, or your commission will be cancelled.

𖤓 By commissioning me, you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to my Terms of Service.

𖤓 The prices listed are in $USD and are a basic guide for personal use only. Individual quotes may vary depending on the project.

𖤓 I have the right to refuse service for any reason. If you have been difficult to work with, or I don't believe I am the right person for your project, I have the right to decline.

𖤓 Commissions with my characters are 25% off. Please read this first.

04. ORDERING

𖤓 Please fill out the order form and specify all details and visual references upfront. (Character reference, pose, expression, scenario, etc.)

𖤓 The order form will give you a rough estimate quote that may change depending on details and complexity.

𖤓 Do NOT change the quote given to you and try to haggle with me. Your commission will be declined, and you will be blocklisted from commissioning me.

𖤓 I only correspond via Emails or Discord DMs. Do not DM me on BSKY, X/Twitter, or Deviantart.

𖤓 Please be mindful of time zones and my queue, and allow 1-3 days for a response.

05. PAYMENT

𖤓 Prices are non-negotiable. If it's not within your budget, then it's not. Don't haggle with me.

𖤓 I charge in $USD. I accept money through PayPal.

𖤓 Due to changes with PayPal, only select the "friends/family" option. DO NOT LEAVE A DESCRIPTION IN THE NOTE BOX. Send me a message that the payment has been sent, and I will confirm it.

𖤓 Payment plans can be arranged for commissions exceeding $200.

𖤓 Payment is upfront. Work will not begin until payment has been made.​

𖤓 If payment is not made within 7 days of agreement, your commission will be cancelled. Time wasters will be blocklisted.

06. PROGRESS

𖤓 Your order will be added to my Trello, where you can see the progress of your commission here: *PROGRESS QUEUE*

𖤓 I will update you with the progress via Email or Discord DMs. Whichever is preferred by you.

𖤓 Requested preliminary/impression/concept sketches will be charged according to their detail.

𖤓 (3) simple edits max allowed to the sketch before extra charges apply.

𖤓 Re-drawing or adding more details not specified beforehand will incur an extra fee.

𖤓 Any mistakes on my behalf will be changed free of charge. (e.g, I forgot jewelry specified)

𖤓 NO changes will be made after the sketch approval.

𖤓 Inks and flat colours can be shown upon your request. Flats can be changed free of charge.

𖤓 The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished piece if no feedback was given to amend it.

07. COMPLETION + RUSH FEE

𖤓 Completion can take 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.

𖤓 I don't work on commissions on weekends, unless they are priority paid with the rush fee.

𖤓 Please do NOT rush me. Please be patient and wait for me to update you or check my progress queue. Do NOT constantly ask me for progress. This distracts me from my work and kills my motivation. Persistence will result in me cancelling and refunding your commission and you will be blocklisted from commissioning me in the future. If you want the work done faster, please pay for my rush fee.

RUSH FEE PRIORITY: +25%

𖤓 If you want the commission completed faster, an additional 25% surcharge fee will apply.

𖤓 Your commission will take priority ahead of all my other projects and will also be worked on over the weekend to ensure I get it done in time for you.

𖤓 Please be realistic and considerate with your deadline. Any deadlines I feel I can't realistically work within will be declined or negotiated to simplify.

08. FINAL & USE

𖤓 When the art is complete, I will send you the high-res file(s). You are responsible for saving any images and information I provide to you.

𖤓 THE COMPLETED ART IS FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

𖤓 Any requested edits to the final piece will incur an extra fee depending on the details.

𖤓 I have the right to host/not host/remove any artwork on my public accounts, and I may do the following:

• Post your commission crediting your name.

• Post your commission creditng you as "anonymous" if requested by you.

• Not post the commission if privacy requested by you.

• Remove the commission from my gallery.

If I don't post your commission or remove it, you are not entitled to a refund.

𖤓 Private commissions featuring characters from media will incur an extra fee of $20 to cover the exposure I miss out on from them.

𖤓 You may post the artwork to your social media, use it as an avatar, wallpaper, etc., as long as credit is given to Helladelic/Helladelicacy.

𖤓 I own the copyrights to my artwork. You are prohibited from profiting off my artwork unless a commercial fee has been paid. You will be blocklisted.

𖤓 You are prohibited from using my art for AI/NFT purposes. You will be blocklisted.

09. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

𖤓 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

𖤓 The ONLY exception is if I cannot complete your commission for any reason. You will be fully refunded.

𖤓 Commissions not paid within 7 days of agreement are automatically cancelled.

𖤓 Violation of my TOS and/or inappropriate behaviour will result in cancellation and block-listing from my services. Please be kind and respect my TOS.
